Staff were not very friendly. Asked to pay by credit card and told I could not and they only wanted me to pay in euros

The hotel itself was a little "tired" but was good value for money, the staff very helpful and friendly, hot water, decent breakfast, and the convenience of regular bus / tram services to all parts of Antalya on the doorstep were a real bonus.

I stayed for 10 nights, but the experience was disappointing. The WiFi was consistently problematic, causing frustration and isolation. I found myself having to leave the hotel multiple times just to use reliable internet nearby.

This hotel is located in the city center where you can find all good restaurants and shopping centers near. Very frendly staff who are ready to help anytime rather day or night. Good city view, rooms was always clean and I am totally satisfied with Star hotel.

As I already said - at first it was location, simply perfect! Specially because tram stop to main intercity bus station OTOGAR is just on the front of hotel so I could visit other cities as Alany is...

The hotel benefits from a fantastic location close to Old Town. Staff members were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet offered a large variety of fresh options including baguettes, although the room had some maintenance issues, like damaged wallpaper and an unreliable toilet flush that required manual intervention. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall atmosphere was cute, and I'd consider returning.

Everything seemed nice, cooperative staff, budget rooms. The breakfast selection was very good and varied with many options. The free parking was nearby, efficient service. We loved it.

The location couldn't be better, just a short walk from many attractions and the beach. The view from my balcony was fine. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially at reception. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes every morning, fresh and satisfying. I noticed some issues. The bathroom could definitely use a deeper clean. There were signs of neglect. The wifi was inconsistent, frustrating to plan my days. Plus, the noise from the street sometimes disturbed my sleep, especially being close to nightlife. I would stay again but hope some of these concerns get addressed for a better experience next time.

Comfortable room, attentive staff, with access to a 24-hour reception and a lovely balcony to enjoy the sunset.

Breakfast was really good, lots of variety. WiFi connection can be inconsistent. Clean and spacious rooms. Perfect location for public transport.
